Hi, I'm a computer science student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. For the past 2 years, I have been part of a team designing an inexpensive camera system to track satellites to reduce the chance of a satellite collision. I have been the lead researcher on part of the project which deals with correcting for light pollution and changes in weather. Additionally, I have also worked on designing a database and pipeline to process spectral data for asteroid classification. I've also worked on implementing simulations modeling COVID-19 in Syrian refugee camps and am currently part of a team designing a website that connects researchers together.
