Since the start of my college, I have been enthusiastic about bringing change to communities that need it through innovation and technology. A hackathon inspired me to choose Data Science as my career path, I feel it has immense potential to make decisions/analyses which will bring expertise to each and every one no matter what their background is. Imagine a small-town farmer using a top-notch Deep Learning algorithm to make decisions for his farms, this is very much achievable today.

My personal interests revolve around using Data Science in the fields of Mental Health, Farming, Climate Change, and Quantum Physics to predict outcomes and do analyses.

I am a student and still learning a lot of things, what I bring to the table is utmost zeal, drive and discipline to solve social issues using technology. I have since my college days worked in various non-profit organisations. Some of them are Enactus ADGITM, Make A Difference, Rangrut and Umeed. All of these operate in Delhi and work around community development and child education.

I have worked on various ML/DL projects keeping a direct positive impact on society in mind, some of them are :

1) Mental Health App using RASA chatbot

2) Soil Parameter analysis to be deployed in vertical farming

3) Object Detection for Blind Assistance

I keep pursuing various courses to enhance my knowledge and I am looking forward to working with other volunteers for social causes here at DSSG.
