The greatest part of working in data science is that there's always more curiosity and creativity I could pour into it. It is a functional art of empowering series of empathetic decision-making and exploring solutions to problems that affect many people in the society. Besides, I love learning across different scientific disciplines, which is more than an indulgence - it calms me down!

Volunteering for analytical and machine learning projects brings my values, passions and actions closer, as I teamed up with fellow DS on interdisciplinary topics, such as understanding key factors that modulate biomedical research workforce, identifying and generating topics from different patient support communities, or leading workshops for introducing digital analytics and helping small business owners get start with Google Analytics, I'm able to share my excitement and learning with larger groups when we solve problems together. At the end of the day, that's the most important thing for me.
