My name is Oscar Alejandro Vásquez Monsalve, I have a masters’ degree in finance from United Kingdom. I have extensive experience as data analyst in information systems. This experience has led me to accompany the formulation of a metropolitan public policy, and to develop an institutional memory on analysis of information on public security and coexistence. Within my technical qualities as data scientist, I use a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research and analysis methods. I have worked with Power BI in order to visualize database, also with Social Network Analysis (SNA) analyzing clusters, communities’ central actors and social organizations. I am also familiarized with ArcGIS for geo-referencing, location, and visualization through dashboards. I also operate Atlas Ti for characterization and analysis of qualitative and non-structed data. Finally, I have knowledge of C ++ and R programming languages. Along with my technical skills, I have team working skills, proactive, creative and have a great interest in social, economic, and political research.
