I'm a Data Science student at Rutgers (May 2028) who wants to use data for work that matters. At the Ignite AI4ALL accelerator I built an end-to-end pipeline that processed 50,000+ news articles with FinBERT embeddings and XGBoost to predict stock direction, about 12% above baseline. I'm currently building an XGBoost model on the RUAI Bus App team that forecasts Rutgers bus occupancy from live transit data. I also analyzed 36,000+ NYPD records against FRED economic data in R to study links between economic stress and retail theft.

I'm comfortable with Python, SQL and R, and I've built React/TypeScript frontends and a FastAPI backend, so I can help both with analysis and with small tools on top of it. I'd love to help scope and solve a project for a social good organization.
