Seasoned DS Professional and Non-profit volunteer who has worked in those two fields independently. looking to work in the intersection of Tech + Volunteering now DS I'm a seasoned DS professional now with a solid educational background in DS, SWE with a Bachelors's in Electronics and Communication Engineering and two Master's in Comp Sci and Wireless Communication. Alongside a professional experience in corporate DS teams for around 4-5 years.

Social Causes/ Non-profit Involvement: National Service Scheme, India (yearly volunteer in 2012) - Working with schools in Villages ICC Austin: Board of Director and Member: Social Just based housing co-op Policy Bootcamp, India: 21 day policy bootcamp on public policy and social issues in India Datakind: Brief experience with a project in DK Bangalore. Ended due to coming to US for graduate studies.

Management / Project / Leadership Experience: 1. Principal: Texas Venture Labs, UT Austin: Led a team of 7 graduate students on semester long consultancy projects with two Austin-based startups 2. Mentor, SparkCognition Interns, Currently mentoring an intern in the DS team 3. Mentor: Ola Data Science: Mentored two analysts during my stint at OLA in Bangalore, India 4. Founder and Chairperson of Industrial Collaboration Group, IIT Roorkee.
