I am a Graduate Analyst with a Master’s in Business Analytics, passionate about using data to solve meaningful problems and create positive social impact. I have strong experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio, turning complex data into actionable insights that improve efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.

Currently, I work as a Service Analyst at ASDA, where I build dashboards, automate reporting, and analyse operational and customer data to support data-driven decisions. I have also volunteered in IT and analytics support at Robert Gordon University, helping improve system onboarding, user adoption, and service efficiency.

I am motivated to contribute to projects that use data, analytics, and technology for good, particularly in areas such as process improvement, data analysis, dashboards, and predictive modelling. I enjoy collaborative, purpose-driven work and aim to use my skills to deliver practical insights that drive real-world impact.
