I am currently a analytical scientist working at a pharmaceutical company, which involves testing of medicines under development. I have become more and more fascinated in ways that data science can improve all aspects of my current role.

I have a basic understanding of statistical techniques (hypothesis testing, trends, linear regression) that lends itself to upskilling in data science. I currently write code in Python and I'm improving every week.

I would like to volunteer in this space, firstly to work on projects that can make a difference and secondly to improve my skills and collaborate with experts in the field.
