I would like to introduce myself as a person who is motivated and believes in volunteering for the good. I have completed my Master’s degree in Mobile and Embedded Systems at University of Passau, Germany. Currently, I am working as a Data Scientist at Resourceful Humans GmbH, Berlin. My key responsibility is to develop a virtual assistant to coach customers in successful documentation OKRs (Objective and Key Results). Through this role, I have learnt focusing on customer’s experience and seamless deployment of the developed product in collaboration with my other technology teams for providing the best user interface and visualization. I have experience in using cutting edge NLP resources and libraries along with ML/deep learning models by executing varied tasks as Data scientist. Prior to my current role, I was employed as a Research Associate at the university which provided me with a wide range of possibilities to explore and work on the latest technology and advancements in the field of machine learning and NLP. My collaboration with external universities and other departments within the university has helped me improve my communication with cross functional teams. I also assist students for projects and seminars in the field of Data science. I have experience working with wide range of NLP models including transformer models, neural networks, different word vectors. My projects are mainly focused on text classification such as abusive/offensive language detection in social media, argument mining in social media text, sentiment analysis, media bias detection and performing error analysis. Apart from my technical knowledge I have done quite some volunteering while I was pursuing my high school in India in the years 2011 and 2012 teaching English and Math for children of rural areas. I have been a member of blood donation camp in my university during my Bachelor's degree. I hope now I can put my knowledge in the field of Data science for good.
