iSPACE seeks assistance in determining the best approach to migrating program data from spreadsheets into database solutions and creating a smooth workflow with easy reporting capabilities.
Project scope
Project goal(s)
1) Part one will focus on evaluating current practices, identifying (confirming) areas of improvement, and generating a list of possible solutions that preferably incorporate/integrate with current systems in use (Microsoft, Monday.com, NeonOne, Quickbooks Online, Shopify, and Connect by Care.com). - the volunteer understands the issues and desired output, a several possible solutions are identified 2) Part two will help us price out each solution and its implementation timeline and assist in choosing the best value. - a solution with a reasonable $ (if we need to buy some software or service) and minimal maintenance (we can mostly maintain in-house or with assistance from the software/service support personnel) can be implemented. This may require us to lose some integration/functionality to save $. 3) Part three will consist of helping/guiding with the implementation or conducting implementation and training (depending on the solution decision) of the chosen solution. - a solution is working with appropriate reporting data easily accessible
