This project will use a de-identified dataset to examine differences in reported last menstrual period (LMP) as a determinant of a pregnant woman’s delivery data and women’s recorded delivery dates in the CHT application.

The team will use data from four health systems to:
Deduplicate registered pregnancies
Compare estimated delivery dates to observed delivery dates
Determine whether method of determining LMP is related to accuracy of EDD
Determine whether method of determining LMP is related to delivery confirmation
Determine whether speed of pregnancy registration is related to accuracy of EDD
Medic Mobile will share results with designers, developers, and partners to improve app design and training.
De-identified and limited data from pregnancy registrations, pregnancy visits, delivery confirmations, and postnatal visits will be made available.
