Background and Motivation

Today all of our data systems are specific to each service that we provide. This results in 15 different databases that contain duplicate, incomplete, and often conflicting information about the same people. Matching these databases will allow us to integrate our data and understand the needs of our residents more effectively. This, in turn, will allow us to provide them with better services in a more timely way, with more complete information.

Intended Impact

Very critical. Today no matching is done which leads to people getting services that they may not need and people not getting services that they are in critical need of. This project will allow to save lives and improve health outcomes for all of our residents
